Registration: Advance registration is open until August 13 through button above; advance registration is
$5 per cub scout and is strongly encouraged. Late registration runs from August 14
through August 20 and is $7. Registration for cubs includes a patch and lunch. Adults
register at no cost but may purchase lunch for $3 adults can purchase patches for $2 at
the time of registration. Same-day registration is available for $10.
Check-in: Check in using the organization name listed on the registration receipt.
Check-in is located outside the pavilion on the south side of the church parking lot.
Please have only one leader come to the check-in table; the other leader and cubs
should go over to the opening ceremony located at the flag pole. At check-in, you will
receive your wristbands, patches, and achievement cards; that leader will be responsibl
for the entire unit's patches, wristbands, etc. Make arrangements within your unit if you
plan to arrive separately. Please bring a copy of your receipt as proof of

and cubs can meet at the flagpole for a gathering activi

9:15-12:00 Activities: All activities will be open to participate in.

The Fall Rendezvous is a mountain man rendezvous for Scout and Varsity age boys. We will have many events such as Hawk and Knife throwing, Shotgun shooting, Primitive fire starting, Leather Tanning, Traps and Snares, Knife making and much more. Mountain man stories will be told at the campfire Friday night. Come and learn more about the life of the rugged men that were known as Mountain Men.
