Join us this February 1st & 2nd at Rockport State Park for a weekend filled with snow, fun, & prizes! We can’t wait to see you there.
$12.00** per Scout
No charge for adult leaders who attend, however, please provide an accurate count as possible of adults who will be in attendance.
Online registration will end on January 31, 2019. Day-of registrations at the event will be accepted.
**This price is available until January 18, 2019. Any registration made after January 18, 2019 will be charged a late registration fee of $15.00 per Scout.

4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Check in at District Headquarters - Hawthorne Pavilion. Scoutmasters and Sr. Patrol Leaders
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Troop campsite setup. Troop dinner and clean up.
8:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Event Meeting - All Scoutmaster and Sr. Patrol leaders meet at the District Headquarters for information on the Derby.
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Scones for all - at District Headquarters
9:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Troop Campfire Programs Meet with your Patrol, and let your Sr. Patrol Leader discuss events of the Derby and any other useful information that was discussed in the Event Meeting.
Quiet time. All Scouts are to remain within camp boundaries.
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
8:30 AM - 9:00 AM
Clean up and prepare for the Derby
9:00 AM - 11:30 PM
Flag Ceremony at the Hawthorne Pavilion. Bring your Troop and Sled. The Derby will begin after the Flag Ceremony and Sled Parade. Participate in any order, any of the events. Finish by 11:30, and turn score cards in promptly to the check in site.
11:30 PM - 12:00 PM
Break camps down and prepare to go home, “Leave No Trace”
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Results and awards will be announced at the Hawthorne Pavilion. Leave for home after camp clean-up and inspections.
