Event Set-up Form
The Event Set-up Form is primarily used by district and council volunteers for the Great Salt Lake Council, BSA for all future events, trainings, and programs where payment is required at the time of registration. In order to have ample time to correct any mistakes before the event registration goes live we ask that this form be submitted to the Camp Desk at least 30 days prior to the date the registration is to go live. As an example, if the registration needs to go live by December 1, the form must to be submitted by November 1 or earlier. Once the registration has gone live and participants have begun to sign up for the event, we are unable to make any changes to the registration form.
